We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends and holidays β€” they go fast. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests. If your date is close, give us a call directly.
We serve all of Northern Virginia including Ashburn, Reston, Tysons, Chantilly, Sterling, Leesburg, Herndon, McLean, Fairfax, Springfield, Woodbridge, Manassas, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply beyond 40 miles β€” just ask.
For a standard setup, we recommend at least a 30Γ—30 ft flat area. Our trailer can access most driveways, cul-de-sacs, parking lots, parks, and backyards. During booking, we'll talk through your space to ensure everything fits perfectly.
Safety is always the priority. If severe weather is forecast, we'll proactively reach out to reschedule at zero additional cost. Light rain is usually workable for most of our games. We'll always communicate clearly and work with you β€” no stress, no penalties.
No deposit is required when you submit your request. After we confirm your date and details, a 50% deposit holds your spot. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We accept cash, Zelle, and Square payments directly through our website.
Cancellations 7 days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days out receive a 50% refund or full credit toward rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we'll always try to find a new date that works for you.
